Service Description

Do you need help with your fitness regime and current diet? Or maybe you don't know where to start and need some guidance. This 6 week plan will give you the groundwork you need to make the most of your time working out and help you to learn how to eat to support your goals. You will receive a 6 week personalised training plan & nutrition coaching specifically designed to meet your goals, along with weekly monitoring and accountability checks. Available for home or gym workouts. This is perfect for you if you are either a total beginner or if you are someone that would you like to have more structure to your current training plan, or if you are fed up going to the gym or exercising without a solid plan and not seeing the changes you are working hard for. You will get the benefit of a personal trainer without the same financial or time commitment as 1-2-1 sessions. Save 10%!
