Service Description

Did you recently have a baby? Or have you children at home which restrict you from getting out for a workout? Let me come to you to take away that obstacle (don't worry if the kids are home and getting involved!). If you're looking for a plan that will tailor to the specific needs and changes a woman's body goes through after having children then this is the one. There are certain exercises that aren't good for post partum women so this plan takes those needs into consideration. It's also a challenging time for anyone so the extra support can really help you to start to feel like you again. You will receive a 10 week personalised training plan & nutrition coaching specifically designed to support you and your goals, along with weekly support, monitoring and accountability checks. Consultation required in advance of booking.
